Our Underwriting Staff, with over 75 years of combined medical experience is available to answer any questions you may have and work with you to meet your needs. Our staff gladly helps Insureds with policy services including the following:

• Credentialing
• Policy changes
• Coverage Endorsements
• Request for Certificates of Insurance
• Request for Claims Histories & Loss Runs

In addition, our staff is available to discuss underwriting issues including complex coverage needs, coverage options, policy limits, rating classifications, and ancillary coverage.

The Underwriting Department is responsible for receiving and processing all new policy applications and policy renewals.
